CSI Onsite is happy to introduce our new Director of Technical Services, Mark Espena. Mark’s role will be customer relationship management, project coordination, and overseeing our entire service delivery. He plays a critical role at CSI Onsite to find ways to solidify our existing services, find improved ways to serve our clients, and lead our technical services department.

Mark is coming to CSI Onsite from another IT firm where he was accountable for Technology and Service delivery. He has over 15 years experience in the IT services industry. An entrepreneur at heart, Mark built his own IT company which he sold in 2010. He has managed and lead IT services at companies such as Geek Squad (pre-Best Buy), Chip Heads, All Covered, Wipfli, and Sovran.
When not providing service and support to his customers, Mark enjoys spending time with his 3 rambunctious boys and playing with their (and his) Legos. He is a classically trained pianist, but recently was involved with a rock band – he hopes to find time to play more music in between kid’s sports in the future!
Mark’s background, commitment, and dedication to customer service is a welcome addition to the CSI Onsite team.
