Last Monday I had mentioned in our blog entitled “The priceless value of leadership humor” linking you to a LinkedIn post of the same name written by ProAxious President Dr. Jim Bohn that I had found 2 remarkable links that week and that I would share one at that time and the other at a later date. The author of the blog not referenced 2 weeks ago was Leary Gates who is one of the most prolific…honestly, I’m not entirely sure how to categorize Leary and what he does on a daily basis. I can tell you that he is an excellent coach; gifted in helping people discover their spark and unlocking their full potential.
Mr. Gates describes himself thusly “as a mission activist and venture catalyst, one who helps others distill what they are meant to create and helps them get moving.” And I would agree that Leary is all of this and more.
This is Leary’s blog from May 15th: “How to Take the Sting out of Rejection.” I believe it could have a deep and lasting impact on you and the way you live your life.
I am also including Leary’s latest post: “What Memorial Day can teach us about leadership?” I found his ideas and principles contain in this piece to be a phenomenal point of view concerning Memorial Day and Leadership. Please take a few minutes and avail yourself of these two opportunities to increase your wisdom and insight.
