We’re in the business of building relationships with our clients. We’ve been at it for 20 years and now our redesigned website reflects more of our commitment to our clients. As we sat down to spend some focused time capturing client feedback on video, we listened and learned.
We were reminded of the trust factor that’s been so essential to them in an IT provider. Clients said that we’re both responsive and resourceful when it comes to IT immediate tech needs and longer-range planning for companies. Some said they liked us for our honesty. As in, “if they don’t have the answer, they’re honest about it. Then they work diligently until they find one.”
This was all good and reaffirming to hear. Our conversations informed some new directions too. For example, the previous homepage image of a frustrated client rang true for many clients prior to working with CSI. Now, our new imagery reflects our confident techs, knowledgeable and ready to work with clients in a highly professional manner.
So yes, the new site has new videos and some fresh new graphics with a pop of orange (!), but we’re still the same techs you can trust. That hasn’t changed, except we did add one new VIP tech to our team that we’re very enthused about: Mark Espena.
We reworked the details around our service areas on the new website too. They include incident services, managed services, professional services and product sales. Basically, the stuff we know really well. For clients, this means we’re there when IT breaks, we’ll keep your data secure through proper workstation set up and continual monitoring, we’ll craft your technology roadmap and guide your hardware and software set up and purchases.
