Why do you choose a certain Automotive Technician over another to repair your car?
The answer is found in one word…TRUST.
Trust: reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence.
When you leave your vehicle with at the shop, you have a belief that the Technician has your best interest at heart when he/she is working on your car and that you are paying a fair price for the work you receive. More than likely you also believe that your mechanic is very competent. In other words you trust this person with one of your most valuable assets. TRUST.

What causes trust to develop between people…How does trust happen? Trust is no different than anything else, requiring time, effort, and commitment. In its most simple definition Trust is based upon relationship. Relationships are built through bridges between people. The better the bridge between two people, the stronger the relationship, and this is what deepens the level of trust between people.
